Appointments
We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Appointments are scheduled according to your needs, but also to our stylists’ availability and specialty. As such, time allocation becomes of utmost importance. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellation of any salon service requires a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding, as we strive for the most professional atmosphere for all our clients.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions and comments, likewise, are always welcome.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays and anniversaries, as well as employees and business clients, Gift Certificates can be purchased, in any denomination, directly from us at the salon.
